Tell your robot what to do. Quatern writes the code and makes sure it works.

Navigation, mapping, and localization, tested on your robot's real sensor data before it moves and watched while it runs.

Built for robots that work in the real world.

Delivery rovers, warehouse robots, robot arms, and research platforms. If it has sensors and moves, Quatern can write its software and check it against what the sensors actually see.

The kind of robot Quatern is built for. Stock footage, not a Quatern demo.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Writes it

Describe what you want in plain English. The agent writes localization, mapping, and planning for your robot, in any language.

  2. Step 2

    Proves it

Every module runs against your robot's real recordings, and every sensor is cross-checked, before anything moves.

  3. Step 3

    Watches it

A live watchdog follows the robot while it runs, and every run leaves a record of what happened.

Stops the robot before anything goes wrong.

While the robot moves, Quatern compares where it should be with where its sensors say it is. If they drift apart, it stops the robot.

  • Nothing deploys to a real robot without a person approving it
  • Stops on drift, a sensor that goes quiet, or a sensor that disagrees with the others
Drift between the plan and where the sensors say the robot is, over 40 seconds. Drift rises after 20 seconds and the watchdog stops the robot at 27.5 seconds when it reaches the 50 cm safety limit. 0204060800s10s20s30s40s Safety limit, 50 cm Robot stoppedat 27.5 s, 50 cm Drift (cm)
Drift is the gap between where the plan says the robot should be and where its sensors say it is.
